This shoe is cute. I wear a 5.5 but the other Pella Moda sandals I bought I had to go to a 6 and it fits. With this sandal my foot slides forward and there is too much room in the back. If I position my foot it is the right size but it all goes back to the foot moving. I wish I could have kept them, but they were too narrow for my feet (especially the right one). I don't think I have narrow feet since I've never had to buy wide shoes. I was extremely disappointed because these shoes were so fabulous. They look really cute. I've worn them four days in a row, which is crazy. You do have to work a bit to adjust the cute metal detail in the middle and get the straps adjusted for your foot, but once you do that, they are very comfortable. It looks beautiful, but feels awful. The straps with the gems are too stiff and painful while the back heel slips all over the place. If you must try it anyway, order a half size smaller. They're full of bling, but really not over the top, probably because it's just a "thong" and not much else going on. I bought these for wearing with bathing suits and cover-ups for pool/resort wear. However, I could also see wearing these with Capri pants at night if I really didn't want to wear heels. Very reasonable! The leather is surprisingly soft and supple, despite the chain link design, and the color is a beautiful light gold. The sparkly decorations catch the light beautifully without being glaring. The ankle strap keeps this in place while the softness across the toes keeps the foot from feeling constricted. Elegant high heel. I fell in love with them. Sadly, I had to return them because my pinky toe came out a little on the side opening. Perhaps if my pinky toe were just a little bit longer they'd stay in. I don't like to wear a sandal where my pinky toe dangles on side. It just doesn't look nice. Other than that, I highly recommend these sandals for whoever has a pinky toe that can stay in.
