Great Shoe - This is true Naot comfort...right out of the box. Well worth the money if you want style and comfort. The color is very rich and the little cut outs have a nice rich color for background. Nothing compares to Naots in my shoe collection but maybe a pair of Geox shoes I have. I own sever Naot sandals now and love all of them. I wear an 8 M. and that is what ordered and it is perfect.

Cute and comfortable - This shoe didn't work for me, but I think it would be wonderful for most women. It has a cushy sole and I liked the look. The problem for me is that the toe area bends up slightly. I had a bunionectomy about two months ago and my toe is too tender to be bent like that in a shoe.

First pair of Naot sandals - I should really have listened to other reviewers because I ended up ordering my correct size only to have to return for one size larger. I have found them to be pretty comfortable if I am walking, walking, walking, but just standing all day I found that my feet wanted to go to sleep. I like the look and the cushion of them and will probably try out more Naot sandals in other styles.

They squeak - I love Naot for comfort combined with style and I loved these the first day too. The width and length are exactly what I expect for a person with size 8 wide feet like mine. I also have a high instep which is frequently a problem with shoes with straps over the top. No problem with these. But now they squeak with every step and I work in a library so it's not a thing to overlook. Seems the footbed is not attached although the toe loop is attached to the footbed so you can't actually completely remove it. Something is happening between the shoe and the footbed that makes a squeaky leather noise and unless I can figure out how to stop it, I'm going to give up on these-alas. On the noisy streets of the city I don't notice, but once I'm at work the squeak is maddening to both me and my co-workers.

This shoe looks nice but the fit is pretty strange on my feet. It seems like they would fit perfectly, if the strap that is closest to the ankle was a little longer. Even with the elastic, it is too short and that keeps my foot too far back in the shoe. I can tell because when I shove my foot forward, the toes fit perfectly. Hmmmm. I am hoping this stretches out with wear, but for now I can't wear them for very long without the fronts of my shins aching. All in all, this shoe did not fill the niche I wanted to fill: an attractive yet comfortable walking shoe for summer.

Hmm...nice but... I think I'll keep it. BUT, keep in mind; this shoe runs just a BIT smaller than other Naot's labeled a 4, and also a bit narrower. It is snug. I’m going to keep it cuz it’s gorgeous and a wonderful heel height...maybe it will stretch just a bit.

Great, attractive shoe... Perfect shoe. Attractive and comfortable. A little longer than my usual size 7's but still a wonderful shoe. Bought a pair for my daughter in an 8 and her's is a little longer also. Maybe 1/2 size smaller for someone ordering it. We still love the shoe. I got mine in the brown and she got the black.

Nice shoe! I bought this shoe because I needed a dressier sandal for work. I absolutely love all of the Naot sandals I own- 4 total now. These work for the level of dressiness I need. They are longer/narrower than I expected. It's not a huge deal, but they look long. They didn't appear this way in the photo. They're a bit tight over the top of my foot, but not to the point of causing pain in any way. Snug fit. I wear a US 8.5 and ordered the 39.

My first pair of Naot, but not my last! I first heard of Naot during a trip to Israel last summer. I decided to try them this summer, and they certainly live up to all the praise! This shoe is incredibly comfortable - the top strap does not cut into my foot at all (thanks to some elastic discreetly hidden there), and I forget that little loop around my big toe does not rub at all. The footbed is soft and supports my high arches. The color is very neutral, and the decoration is just enough. The more I wear them, the happier I am with them... much more than I've seen in any store!

Really wanted to like these - Love the style and they looked wonderful, but the food cradle was just a little too narrow -- my little toes spread up and over the stitching to the edge of the shoe, outside of the comfy part, and my feet are average width, arch, etc. I think the very next size up would be too big, as the length and leather straps were comfortable. The suede foot surface on the pair I received peeked out from the stitched edge in several places. It looks like they're just designed to be glued down, but I think those edges should be tucked under the leather edging to look more finished and prevent them peeling off.

Excellent shoe, excellent service - This brand of shoe fits my foot nicely, and can be ordered via the web because the sizing is so consistent. Indeed, when the sizing DOES vary (i.e., when a model runs large or small), Zappos tells you so. I am delighted with this sandal in particular: excellent support, lovely styling.

Great summer basic - Very comfortable! Snug fit in a good sense. A basic everyday sandal that doesn't flop around, but stays comfortably attached to your foot - without rubbing or chafing. Seems to have good arch support. Platform style adds just the right height without making sandals unstable; texture of leather and cut-out designs add appeal. Not nearly as clunky as many sandals with this comfort level.

Naot Montreal Black - I got this Naot in a size 39. I most of the time wear an 8, but sometimes in some Naot’s I've gone up one size. (I seem to be right in the middle of the two sizes - like I'm an 8 1/4!)This fits, and it could be just a quarter inch longer...but I tried the 40 and it was too long. The black color is not a deep, deep black, but has a kind of sheen, so that it's almost like a dark, dark charcoal color. I believe it runs a little narrower than some Medium sandals.
