Comfort and style! OMG, this is the perfect shoe for problem feet. I have worn nothing but athletic sandals for the past seven years after having broken my ankles. Nothing else I tried was comfortable, even if I could get them to fit onto my foot. These fit right out of the box! I don't even have to wear them with my orthotics, the cork sole is sufficient. The first time I wore them was a twelve hour day: work all day and then a charity event that evening. I didn't miss a step and my feet never were in pain. It was truly a miracle!

The best one yet! This is the most comfortable shoe I have worn in several years. The fit is perfect; the look is feminine, gives all the support needed and appears to be well made with the quality that I have learned to trust Naot for offering. Keep up the wonderful work and make some more good looking sandals for us poor souls who don't have perfect feet or have had some misfortune along the way and suffer with pain in our feet. Absolutely the first comfort shoe that I am not embarrassed to wear with my dressiest clothes and still be able to walk. Offer in other colors, the buckle isn't gaudy or something you will want to change the minute you get these, it is actually quite attractive. I think some of us needing comfort sandals have just forgotten what it is like to feel pretty since we have been plain black Mary Janes or a version of them for as long as I can remember. Before this tennis sandals were my most dressy sandals.

Gorgeous Shoe! This shoe is extremely comfortable, fits perfectly, better than any of the other Naots, right out of the box, and is beautiful. However, the rectangular rhinestone buckle on the top is off-putting. I hesitated for a long time to order this shoe because of it, but due to not being able to find a black Naot shoe that I liked, that fit, I decided to try it. I still haven't decided whether to keep it or not, because of that buckle. If I do, I will take it to a shoe repair and have them replace that rhinestone buckle with a plain brushed silver or pewter looking buckle to go more with the ring they have on the side strap. Something simple. But I am not looking for a dressy sandal. If that's what you want, then this would be perfect as is. Since it is the most expensive of the Naots, by the time I get the buckles changed out, it will cost upwards of $160, and don't know if I want to go that high for this. Oh, and as far as the arch support question~ Naots conform to your foot, so if they don't have enough arch support initially, they will, as you wear them.

I needed dressy comfort sandals that can dress up or down. I ordered these along with the Rimini's. These felt a little more comfortable on - the insole is cushioned and the strap over the ball of the foot is adjustable. The heel is wonderful for absorbing the strike. I never could figure out if they look retro and stylish or frumpy, like something my grandmother would have worn years ago. The rhinestone buckle on top was a little disconcerting winking up at me...these would probably be wonderful for a wedding or something very, very formal. I went with the Rimini's since they'd work better with a broader range of styles. I haven't regretted my decision. See my review of the Rimini's.

Naot Milan - Naot Milan. I ordered this sandal because it looked dressier than most to wear to work but I was disappointed after receiving and trying it on. This shoe fit really weird and had absolutely no arch support. It was not even comfortable walking on carpet. I hope Naot will continue to make dressier shoes but with more arch support.

Great shoe - I found the Milan to be a stable, well built sandal yet extremely comfortable. The Milan is my introduction to Naot, and I am high impressed.
