Nancy from Chicago - I wanted a good leather sole summer shoe. Saw this one in Copper and LOVED the color. I wasn't sure if it fit quite right as 9.5 narrow would be perfect. A friend told me to return it as it looked a little small BUT I was determined to make them fit. I did a test run at home, then finally "bit the bullet" and wore them outside. I haven't taken them off since the first of August and would buy them again in a heartbeat. By the by, I have hardware in one ankle and plantars facsitis AND I was in the shoe business for 20 years and this was a Birthday present to me.

France on Foot - These are the first shoes that I've ever purchased on line. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on. We just returned from a month in France where I walked at least five miles daily. My feet were cushioned and supported. I would buy this sandal again.

Very narrow - I really liked this shoe. The foot bed felt comfortable and there was good arch support. However, I returned them because they were very narrow. I do not have a wide foot. I believe this shoe would fit someone who ordinarily wears a narrow size.

Most Comfortable - This is the third pair of Kaylas I've bought. The styling isn't so wonderful, but you can't beat them for comfort. I wear these sandals out of necessity and recommend them to people with foot "issues" that require good padding.

Very comfortable! A cute, easy shoe that looks and feels wonderful on a narrow foot. I love that the velcro is completely adjustable rather than the fold over type velcro strap that doesn't suit the narrow or very wide foot for that matter. The ankle strap keeps your foot right where you want it, but is very comfortable. A cute sandal that can be a walking shoe, too. Rarly do I find a sandal that is this cute & comfy.

Great fitting shoe - I have a very difficult foot - high arch and hammer toes. I bought these sandals 2 years ago in 2 colors and loved them. My feet are changing and I needed a 1/2 size larger. The new ones just arrived and they are just as comfortable. Great shoe for summer.

Finally a sandal to fit! Pure comfort! Fabulous shoe - most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. Because the straps are adjustable and the footbed is soft, this sandal fits my AA narrow foot. It’s a very attractive shoe as well - wonderful for walking.

Beautiful, but too small - I love this shoe, but the footbed is too short. I ordered a size 11 (42), but my toes peeked out over the front edge. I can often wear size 10 shoes if they are styled a little roomy (such as Bass) and this size 11 was just too short. I love the styling and really wish I could wear them! I think the sandal is styled a little narrow, but my foot is narrow so that is not a problem for me.

Kayla is the best - This is my third pair of Kayla’s - it is a replacement for the same color - I live in them all summer. Very few sandals, let alone shoes, have this kind of arch support so they're wonderful for travel because they go equally well with shorts, as with casual evening clothes.

Versatile - I have flat feet and so putting my foot into the Naot shoe, felt like I had so much support that I could wear the sandals all day and have more energy to keep going. What I disliked was that actually, I wear a size 8 (39) but I was told that I really fit better into a size 9 (40), when trying on the (40). It seemed like the ankle straps were too loose and not a good fit. The (39) was a much better fit, & that's what I purchased, but my toes do ride on the edge of the lip of the shoe.

Comfortable walking sandal. These shoes feel good, but turned out to be just slightly less than what I would wish for relative to fit. I find Naots to run very slightly narrow and very slightly short. Just a drop! The foot bed could be a drop wider and longer to be true to size. For me personally, if the heel was about 1/4 - 1/2 inch higher that would be wonderful. Still I'd rate them high.

Life saving shoe experience - I have already called Zappos to tell them how wonderful my experience was. Great Shoe - If you are looking for a very comfortable shoe with style and good arch support this is a wonderful choice. One of my favorite - Kayla's footbed is one of the best, can't think of any I like better. Will wear this for a long time. I am an 8 and that size fit perfectly. The leather is very soft and comfortable, the straps over the toes a little snug but not uncomfortable and obviously will stretch to a perfect fit. The strap across the foot is adjustable so no problem with that. This is said to be Naots most popular sandal, and I believe it. Serious shoe, worth the price.

Feet saver - The sandals are comfortable right out of the box, although for people who don't have high arches, the support "hill" might be annoying. Luckily, the shoe sole adjusts to your feet, so the sandals get even more comfortable with time. The leather is very soft and doesn't rub at all (I have the embossed brown). After a whole day of shopping, my feet are fine!

Too long or too narrow - Store didn't have my size, 9 or 40. Tried on size 41 and it was too long.C. in mid-July. Used tons of stretcher spray, moleskin, and blister bandages but the sandal just didn't fit well. Foot bed too narrow, strap too tight. Should have ordered wider size. Who knew?

Naot Kayla always a winner. This is the second pair of Naot Kayla's that I've purchased. I have a lot of trouble with my feet and have tried several of the European brands. These, by far, have been the best I've tried. Excellent arch and toe support. I actually wear a 6 1/2. I order a 37 in these sandals, which is supposed to equate to a US 6 but find the fit perfect. The added bonus is that these look nicer than most of the European style walking sandals.

Kayla - I have bought several pairs of this style in the past. I love the way they look. However, I find the middle strap too tight and have to use a stretcher for quite a while before it is comfortable. Also, it slips off the heel if the strap is not tight enough. Comfortable and cute! This is a cute shoe and it is extremely comfortable! At first, I thought that I couldn't wear it because it runs narrow and I have a wide foot. However, I ordered the shoe in a size larger and it works. The straps (especially the Nubuck) stretch nicely and the footbed with arch support feels wonderful. It gives much support. The footbed still is a bit narrow, but it feels fine. I wish that Naot would make more comfortable and cute sandals like this in wider sizes.

Comfortable and attractive - I walked five miles the first time I wore these -- couldn't believe how comfortable they were; not a rub, not a blister. I've been searching for good walking shoes that are not big, clunky things, and these are close to perfect. Because my legs are short (as am I), the thick ankle strap doesn't work (for me) for skirts or capris; but the sandals are wonderful-looking with long pants and jeans. The nubuck clay color is very nice. I wear a 7, ordered a 38; perfect fit. Highly recommended.

Good bunion sandals! Old injuries make mine a difficult foot to fit. The current major problem is a bunion. I'm too young to wear old lady bunion sandals, and this is perfect. The split straps over the toe area leave the bunion uncovered, untouched, and therefore un-painful! Velcro ankle strap make it adjust to any moment. This shoe is comfortable for lengthy walks, also, AND looks good -- somewhere between a serious hiking sandal and a dressier type. No breaking in at all necessary.

Shoe review - Since these sandals don't come in half sizes, I had to order size 8 instead of 7.5. They are OK however they seem much wider than size 7. I wish mine were narrower. It looks like the bigger the size the wider the shoe.

Great arch support - I love these sandals. I have a very high arch, plus a wide foot (measured as 6E, wear 36 Regular in Birks, wear 38 in these Naot sandals). I cannot wear any sandals with heels without foot pain, but for some reason these work beautifully for me. Weirdly, flat Naots don't have enough arch support for me, but somehow the combination of small heel and arch fits fine. Nicer looking than Birks, work with shorts, capris, or skirts.

Great Shoe - Be careful with fit - I love this shoe (love all Naots), but I should have heeded the other reviews that the shoe runs small. I could have saved my self the trouble of having to return the first pair and reorder. Shoe runs a size small, and is just a little narrow - if you have a wider foot, it might be uncomfortable. Now that I have the correct size, it feels GREAT! The arches and foot bed in Naot sandals are worlds better that US made sandals. And if these last like my other Naots, I'll be enjoying them for years to come!

Exactly what I was looking for - I don't most of the time spend this much on pair of sandals, but I needed a durable, comfortable pair of shoes that could be worn with jeans, shorts, capris and dresses but that would stay on while I chased my son around. So far I'm pleased with the Naots. They're more feminine than Birkenstocks and as comfortable. I was concerned about it having velcro and not a standard buckle to keep the sandal on but I haven't had any problems with it. And it's so much more convenient. I ordered a size larger than normal because these shoes do run narrow.

Runs small - I actually wear a size 40 in European sandals, but my toes were very close to edge of this and I would recommend ordering a size bigger. This is a wonderful soft leather sandal for people like myself who are between a narrow and a medium width shoe. SUPPORT ISRAEL AND BUY NAOT!

I read that this shoe ran narrow, so I tried it, since I have a narrow foot. Unfortunately, it is still too wide for me, so I will have to return it. The front straps were way too loose. It's a shame, because it's a wonderful shoe and footbed felt wonderful.

I have the copper leather. Goes with everything. Extremely comfortable. Placement of straps accommodate bunion as well as any shoe. I have to be on my feet all day; I can stand in these sandals for hours.

Great summer shoe! I have various problems with my feet, needing metatarsal (sp) arch support and good heel cushioning. This shoe provides what I need and includes the ability to make adjustments during the day, as feet swell. It comes in enough colors and textures to be versatile. Great shoe -- looks and feel! This is a really nice looking, extremely comfortable shoe. The Naot footbed is always reliable -- soft, padded, and supportive (how do they do it?). I have this in two colors -- taupe and black patent -- and I will caution that the black patent is not as comfortable because the upper does not breathe and is "sticky" inside when you sweat even a little. But that's just the way patent leather is. The looks are very feminine for such a strongly supportive shoe. Naots always feel a little small to me, so instead of a 9 or 9.5 I always go to the 10.

I loved this shoe when I first had it I could wear it all day and no problem. But now after a few months, strap is stretched and sole is not defined anymore so my foot slips all around in it. It is not comfortable anymore and for the cost of the shoe it didn't last long. Not happy.

Finally - After trying on an endless amount of sandals in search of the most comfortable, I finally found it! It was comfortable from the get go! No breaking in period. The only concern that I have is that the leather is so soft that the back strap has stretched somewhat. The good thing is that I can tighten the velcro strap as needed. I highly recommend this shoe for comfort and looks.

OK, so I love NAOT, they make some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! However, this particular ankle strap quit on me in less than two months. The part that goes around the back of your ankle got stretched out really easily, and now they sag and look bad, and are also really annoying because I am always trying to pull them back up to where they are supposed to be. So I would buy another pair by this brand, but not with this type of strap.

Nancy from Chicago - I wanted a good leather sole summer shoe. Saw this one in Copper and LOVED the color. I wasn't sure if it fit quite right as 9.5 narrow would be perfect. A friend told me to return it as it looked a little small BUT I was determined to make them fit. I did a test run at home, then finally "bit the bullet" and wore them outside. I haven't taken them off since the first of August and would buy them again in a heartbeat. By the by, I have hardware in one ankle and plantars facsitis AND I was in the shoe business for 20 years and this was a Birthday present to me.

Worth the price! Definitely worth the price! Sandal's sole contours to your foot and actually feels very luxurious against your skin. 3 (out of 4) leather straps don't have any sewing or seams on them - this meant no rubbing or blisters for me, no break in time either! Slight wedge adds a little height - overall, the sandals look cute, I got many compliments, people were asking about the brand and where I got them.

Good choice for problem feet - I have an inoperable bunion deformity of my left foot and these shoes are the only ones I have found that make the pain go away every time. They are so well made, I don't even have to use an arch insert with them. Give them a try if you are in pain!

Naot Kayla Sandal - I find these sandals very comfortable, as I actually wear orthodic inserts, and this cork insole is very supportive for my high arch. Was looking for a white sandal that I could wear with my summer dresses, and it looks good too. I have plantar fasciitis, which can be very painful on the heel, but I feel little or no pain when I wear these all day. I wish this shoe came in half-sizes; my toes go a little over the edge, and the very next size up wasn't available.

Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked

These are beautiful shoes, can dress up or down, and comfortable because your foot doesn't slide around. However, people with wide feet or lesions may want to choose another style. I'm still recovering from surgery and I have to be careful of where the strap rubs on my scarred and still swollen foot.

Comfortable and casual - I purchased this sandal in gold. It's casual and extremely comfortable. The gold color compliments whatever you're wearing, whether it's shorts, a skirt, or jeans.

Great sandals and Great Comfort - My sports therapist recommended these sandals for some pain issues I was having. They are surprisingly fashionable given the amount of support they give your feet. This is really a wonderful shoe.

Great Shoe - This shoe is super comfortable. I ordered the brown and the black. The brown fit wonderful, the ankle/heel strap was really loose on the black pair and I had to return them. It is so nice that they carry sandals in a size 4.

Just right! I was searching for black shoes and wasn't successful. The package arrived earlier than expected, the sandals fit fine, and I am enjoying wearing them.

First of all, I love Zappos! Now, about the shoe I bought, it is the most comfortable sandal ever. No break in time, just pure comfort. Get some, you know you want to! I buy a 36 in a regular shoe from Naot, but bought a 37 in the sandal and it's perfect.

My favorite - This is a stylish sandal that can be worn with skirts or pants and I couldn't ask for more comfort. No break in period was needed. I can wear them all day and not want to kick them off when I get home. The footbed and straps are just right for my medium foot and don't squeeze my toes together, which would cause pain from my Neuroma.

My favorite shoe - I have really bad feet and should wear orthotics all the time, but don't want to wear closed sandals or athletic sandals all the time. These support my feet and are very comfortable. I can be on my feet all day and my back and feet don't hurt at the end of the day. This is my second pair.

Fit Variance - I ordered four of these in different colors. Each shoe felt like the band width was different. They are not reliable. Although the one pair that does fit feel wonderful.

OMG!!! These are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I am not able to wear Berkinstock's because they are too wide and honestly I didn't feel comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis, but on the side more towards the center of the foot towards the outside. With high arches this is where most of the foot distribution is. Just trying them on I could tell these were going to be comfortable. No break in period. Walking is like walking on clouds, even when I have to carry my 4 year old over 40 lbs. I honestly could not tell a difference on my feet when I carried him. I would recommend this shoe no matter what the price. It\'s worth every penny.

Naot Kayla - I love this shoe! I own four pair of this style and it is one of the most comfortable. I have a bone spur on the side of my foot and find this style to be helpful. I think it has excellent arch support (as all Naot's do) and can be worn from the first day without any break in time. If you have a wide foot this may not be the shoe for you - it works perfect for a narrow to medium width foot.

Love these sandals - I bought a pair of these Naot shoes before heading out to three consecutive trade shows for my business. I knew I needed comfort, support, a good fit and attractiveness in the shoe I'd be buying. These sandals were perfection. I walked an average of 5-10 miles per day in these shoes, and wore them in 10-hour stretches of time. Never did my feet bother me. This was a first. I highly recommend them.

Super Comfortable - Great shoes. I have 2 colors. Recently got the gold one and this one works wonderful for more dressy outfits. Even looks good with the skirts. The arch support is just right for my feet. Highly recommend it.

A terrific sandal! I love these sandals! They are incredibly comfortable and really cute. I've walked all over in them with nary a problem. The footbed is a dream and the straps are soft and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

If you need arch support, you GOTTA get these shoes!! I agree with the other posters who described these shoes as out-of-the-box comfortable! They are also cuter and more feminine-looking than the picture makes them seem. They are 99.9% as comfortable as my Birkenstocks, but a lot more stylish. I have never worn this brand before, but these shoes won't be my last pair.

Kayla is comfortable - Have found this shoe comfortable, attractive, and true to size. Bought one in patent leather and two days later bought another in copper leather. Three weeks later, still very satisfied.

Comfortable and attractive - I am very pleased with these sandals. The arch support is excellent and the overall fit is very good. I had worried, based on other reviews, that they might be too narrow for me, but that has not been the case. They really were comfortable right out of the box and I have worn them nearly every day since they arrived. I have done a wonderful deal of walking in them in hot, humid weather and have been very happy. I most of the time wear a size 9 and found the 40 to be a good fit. I will probably buy another color next summer.

Looked forever...am happy with the Kayla. Excellent arch support, especially with my flat feet. Better looking than most Velcro strap shoes. When walking my toes do slip slightly forward onto the raised lip of the sole, but it's not that much of a hindrance and I love the support they give me.

The best - This shoe is by far the most comfortable shoe I've had in years. It is also the most comfortable sandal which is most of the time difficult to wear because of the straps. I have purchased two more pair of the Naot sandals because I'm in love and can walk anywhere anytime!
