I was skeptical... I am very happy with my purchase. The sandals feel wonderful and look wonderful. This is my first pair of Mephisto and first time for wearing a sandal of this style...I highly recommend them.

Worn to the ground - My husband sneered at "comfort shoes" until I got him a pair of Normans for his birthday...in 1996. The minute he gets home from work, he puts them on and they're on his feet all weekend long. He actually wore out the toes, but wouldn't part with the sandals long enough to get them repaired. A terrific shoe, at a cost per wear of less than a nickel a day!

Size difference - These shoes are larger than marked. I take a size 7 in these, and an 8 1/2 in walking sandals.
