High, but comfy - My first thought when I put these on is that they were too high. All of my sandals are platforms, but about 1/2 inch shorter than these. Still I kept them and I'm glad I did. They are very comfortable and I didn't wobble in them, which was my initial concern. In fact, the 1/2 inch gave me some admirable height; I was at a Superbowl party when some people started talking about how they envy women who are tall. Suddenly, someone turns to me and says, “Well, you're tall!” (tee-hee) Let's just hope they don't see me running the track at the school next week!
