Love them - I love these sandals! I actually can't wear heels but the platform makes them v stable, and the wide straps help too. And they weigh *nothing.* The suede bottoms got crappy right away but I feel like that is kind of the way it goes with these sandals. They were like that in the 70s too.

Remind me of the "70's"!! These are wonderful sandals, very comfortable, and much easier for me to walk in than a regular pump. They're very light weight and come in several colors. I got mine in Navy, which isn't an easy color to find. I had a pair almost exactly like these when I was in my late teens and early 20s. So I feel rather nostalgic when I wear them :)

Kork-Ease - The leather is soft, so it will shape to your foot. Don't automatically order UP if you wear a HALF Size. If you have NARROW feet, you might want to order DOWN, like me. I'm tired of running into the situation of sandals that don't make Half sizes. It's hard enough to find comfortable sandals that are fashionable.

Lovin' Em! I saw these months ago and could not bring myself to make the purchase because of the crazy price so I discovered the cheap knock-off at Target for like $10 and got those. Not too bad for a cheap knock-off; however, the foot bed was like a hard plastic material, which, over time ended up being not that comfy and always had a funny smell from day one. I still really liked them and wore them almost daily, so I realized how much I'd love them if they were the real thing and decided to splurge for my birthday and get the real deal! So happy I did! I have worn these for hours, even on the first day, with absolutely no breaking in blisters or rubbing or anything! I admit the color I got (luggage) was a little brighter and on the yellow side of brown than I had expected, so it took me a few hours to get used to it, but I saw that they really do go with everything and really fell in love with the color. Now I wear them so much that I actually have to force myself to wear other sandals once in a while. I don't want to be known as the gal who always wears her shoes...sandal girl! Haha! They run just a smidge long. I wear and six and got a six and it totally works with a bit of extra room. If you're on the fence, I think you should get them! You will love them! You can't go wrong when ordering from Zappos!

Excellent! I Love these sandals! I ordered them in black, and was a tad worried that they would be a really dark shoe. But to my surprise they are a steely/charcoal color, wonderful for summer. They are very comfortable, no need to wear them in. In time, I'll find out if the super soft leather stretches, but for now, they are wonderful!

Kork-Ease - I have two of these sandals. One in black and one in the gold. I am happy with both. This is a nice quality shoe, soft leather, well made. It did require a little stretching. This shoe is not for wide feet. It's best for medium width. I wear an 81/2 and the 8 fits perfect. Lots of compliments.

I keep getting compliments on my Kork Ease! Not only are they cute, they are SUPER COMFORTABLE for a high heel (because of the platform - just don't forget they're platforms and fall off!) - - I've had people both young and old comment on how cute they are. Many of the older ladies remember having a pair when they were popular years back. They are well worth the $$ as you can tell they are well made. I could walk forever in these sandals - These sandals are as comfortable as sneakers. I walk a lot and I walk fast, and so I don't need to mess around with sandals that hurt my feet. The leather is buttery soft. They mold like a glove. They look fabulous with everything I wear. I love that they are a funky classic.

Give 'em time to be wonderful! These shoes really are fabulous. They run pretty true to size, except for the width, which I found a bit narrow. I loved them so much I decided to deal with the squeeze and they do stretch out a bit. They're mighty comfortable and look wonderful!

Don't Accept Imitations - After buying these in black, and loving them, I thought I must have another pair, but should I spend nearly $200 dollars when I own so many shoes already? So I bought a 9West knock off. No comparison. None. The distinctive shape the Kork-Ease make around the toes is simply perfect and so sexy. The clean edge of the unstitched leather is what always made these sandals rock. So I've now bought 3 (the aforementioned black, the Campari, and the brown Bette style), and can't justify a single one, beyond how smashing I imagine I look while wearing them.

Amazing sandals - These are incredibly comfortable - I needed an everyday sandal that was cute and that I could walk a lot in and these are perfect. One warning - don't wear the lighter shades with dark jeans, as the jeans will discolor the suede on the heel. I love these sandals!!!

Great shoes! I originally owned these shoes as a young girl growing up in the '70's and almost fell over when I saw them again! I ordered both the kernel color and the saddle/luggage color and kept the saddle/luggage color...they're just gorgeous and I've gotten so many compliments on them. They're very, very comfortable and, in my opinion, run a 1/2 size large, so order a half size down....I most of the time take a 9.5 and the 9.0 fit PERFECTLY. A bit pricey, but a classic to own.

Just as I remembered them, only more comfortable for my 50-year old feet. They look wonderful with jeans and skirts. I bought light brown, the color of my long lost youth, and they are versatile. The footbed is spongy, and the cross straps break in immediately. We wore these with tights when I was young- when fall comes, I may have to revisit that look.

Great Sandals - These are really comfortable and go with everything in the summer, skirts, bermudas capris, long jeans. I first ordered a 9 because I have really wide feet with narrow heels. As a runner I am very careful about fit and arch support in my non-running sandals. These cause no problems, but I had to return the 9 and get an 8. I wear an 8 D running shoe, and most of the time buy 8.5-9 sandals just for width, but the nines were just sloppy on my. No problem, I just ordered the 8 and they are perfect. Of course, free return shipping is wonderful.

Wonderful sandals if you are not fall prone - These sandals were gorgeous and the bronze color is especially lovely. I have seen and tried on cheaper imitations and they do not have the same level of construction, comfort or good looks as the Kork Ease. Unfortunately, I fell several times while wearing them inside my house. My tendency to twist my ankle and fall while wearing platforms was forgotten and nearly ignored because these sandals are so easy to wear and awesome looking. With a heavy heart, I returned them. Luckily, I bought them at Zappos and I could return them and get the Kork-Ease low riders.

If you're between sizes, order down. I love the shoe and it fits wonderful. Given it only comes in whole sizes, I initially ordered up a 1/2 size. I'm a true 8 1/2 so I ordered the 9. But that shoe size was too big. Now I have the size 8 and it fits perfectly. Plus, since the straps are such a soft leather, it will stretch a bit. If I'd kept the larger size, I wouldn't have been able to keep them on my feet.

Kork-Ease Original Wedge in Kernel - I am 45 years old, and I had these sandals in the 70's! I was crazy about them and had to have a pair! Love these sandals - I have two pairs of these, and they are very comfortable. A couple of people have noted that the soles are too hard and are not padded. My experience has been that because they are made of cork, padding is not necessary. They kind of shape to your feet after a while. I wore them shopping for several hours yesterday, and my feet felt perfect afterwards. I most of the time wear a 9 1/2. The 10 fits fine. I would highly recommend them.

Great lace-up boots - This is now my second pair of Kork Eases, and I really love them! They give you added height without being at all hard to walk in, and they're actually comfortable on both feet and back. (I actually wear supportive insoles, but the arch support in these is good enough that I don't have to.) I also think they're really cute and retro looking. One tip: They look wonderful with a short skirt and knee socks.

Light as can be, beautiful color - I have tried on several pairs of these and love them all -- but particularly the red shoes (I just wish they offered the lower-heeled shoes in red, too!). Am not thrilled with the price but *am* very happy with the comfort and styling. These look wonderful with opaque tights or bare legs. Hint: for those of you with very thin feet or narrow ankles, I would consider the possibility of having a shoe repairperson make extra holes in the top straps.

Pretty and comfy - I just got my Campari (Reddish Coral color) Kork Eases in 3", and I must say they even look better in person than in the photo. The color is stunning, not too red, just a sort of pale red that is less vivid than blood red, more a coral red that fits everything. They look much higher in the photo and I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to walk in them, but even if they are 3", they look and feel lower because the height spreads across the whole shoe. They fit perfectly for my size (7). The only thing is that they are a bit stiff, but most platforms are, so you need to get used to walking on a platform if you're not. But they are very comfortable when you wear them, the leather is soft and the when you put your foot in, it’s soft and smooth. They are extremely chic, and wearable. You don’t have to suffer for the height. They are casual and elegant at the same time, and very youthful. Just perfect, I will but the same soon in the luggage color!

Stiff Sole and a bit too wide in the front - I love the look of these, but the sole is heavy and stiff, even with the teensy bit of padding under the insole, and NO arch support whatsoever. Width wise, they fit like a B+ in width. I am in between and A and a B and my toesies slid out the front and the ankle strap would not tighten enough. My hubby suggested a foot insert, but for the money, I wanted these to fit perfectly....

Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support

Great looking and pretty comfy - I had a pair of these sandals in the 70's and have often wished I had kept them because they were so cute back then. I am soooo happy to have another pair. They fit my foot perfectly and the leather on my shoe was exceptionally soft. I bought the bronze colored shoe which is a beautiful color and it will go with a lot of things. LOVE THIS SHOE. I will keep this pair forever. Pricy, though, very pricy for me, but worth it.

The 70's are back, and I love it!!! These are SO comfortable and groovy looking!!! I just got them today, and was a little iffy about the cost, BUT after putting them on, and walking around with them, it is worth the price!!! I got the neutral colored ones, which will go with everything, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! Recommended highly, if you love the 60's-70's looks!!!!

So awesome! These are even better than I hoped. I bought a pair from Sundance - you know - Robert Redford's company and promptly sent them back. They didn't fit true to the size I wear and I didn't like the color that came (looked different than the catalog). So, back to Zappos - and sometimes I wonder why I try other shoe stores! These sandals are a wonderful color, comfortable and they look really well made. I'm excited for skirt season (I do plan to wear them under jeans, but it's still a little too wet around here to toe-less shoes).

Back to the 70's - These are higher sandals than I'm used to wearing, but very comfortable--just as I remember. This time around I'm wearing them with Bermuda shorts or summer skirts!

Love them - I love these sandals! I actually can't wear heels but the platform makes them v stable, and the wide straps help too. And they weigh *nothing.* The suede bottoms got crappy right away but I feel like that is kind of the way it goes with these sandals. They were like that in the 70s too.

Remind me of the "70's"!! These are wonderful sandals, very comfortable, and much easier for me to walk in than a regular pump. They're very light weight and come in several colors. I got mine in Navy, which isn't an easy color to find. I had a pair almost exactly like these when I was in my late teens and early 20s. So I feel rather nostalgic when I wear them :)

Kork-Ease - The leather is soft, so it will shape to your foot. Don't automatically order UP if you wear a HALF Size. If you have NARROW feet, you might want to order DOWN, like me. I'm tired of running into the situation of sandals that don't make Half sizes. It's hard enough to find comfortable sandals that are fashionable.

Lovin' Em! I saw these months ago and could not bring myself to make the purchase because of the crazy price so I discovered the cheap knock-off at Target for like $10 and got those. Not too bad for a cheap knock-off; however, the foot bed was like a hard plastic material, which, over time ended up being not that comfy and always had a funny smell from day one. I still really liked them and wore them almost daily, so I realized how much I'd love them if they were the real thing and decided to splurge for my birthday and get the real deal! So happy I did! I have worn these for hours, even on the first day, with absolutely no breaking in blisters or rubbing or anything! I admit the color I got (luggage) was a little brighter and on the yellow side of brown than I had expected, so it took me a few hours to get used to it, but I saw that they really do go with everything and really fell in love with the color. Now I wear them so much that I actually have to force myself to wear other sandals once in a while. I don't want to be known as the gal who always wears her shoes...sandal girl! Haha! They run just a smidge long. I wear and six and got a six and it totally works with a bit of extra room. If you're on the fence, I think you should get them! You will love them! You can't go wrong when ordering from Zappos!

Excellent! I Love these sandals! I ordered them in black, and was a tad worried that they would be a really dark shoe. But to my surprise they are a steely/charcoal color, wonderful for summer. They are very comfortable, no need to wear them in. In time, I'll find out if the super soft leather stretches, but for now, they are wonderful!

Kork-Ease - I have two of these sandals. One in black and one in the gold. I am happy with both. This is a nice quality shoe, soft leather, well made. It did require a little stretching. This shoe is not for wide feet. It's best for medium width. I wear an 81/2 and the 8 fits perfect. Lots of compliments.

I keep getting compliments on my Kork Ease! Not only are they cute, they are SUPER COMFORTABLE for a high heel (because of the platform - just don't forget they're platforms and fall off!) - - I've had people both young and old comment on how cute they are. Many of the older ladies remember having a pair when they were popular years back. They are well worth the $$ as you can tell they are well made. I could walk forever in these sandals - These sandals are as comfortable as sneakers. I walk a lot and I walk fast, and so I don't need to mess around with sandals that hurt my feet. The leather is buttery soft. They mold like a glove. They look fabulous with everything I wear. I love that they are a funky classic.

Give 'em time to be wonderful! These shoes really are fabulous. They run pretty true to size, except for the width, which I found a bit narrow. I loved them so much I decided to deal with the squeeze and they do stretch out a bit. They're mighty comfortable and look wonderful!

Don't Accept Imitations - After buying these in black, and loving them, I thought I must have another pair, but should I spend nearly $200 dollars when I own so many shoes already? So I bought a 9West knock off. No comparison. None. The distinctive shape the Kork-Ease make around the toes is simply perfect and so sexy. The clean edge of the unstitched leather is what always made these sandals rock. So I've now bought 3 (the aforementioned black, the Campari, and the brown Bette style), and can't justify a single one, beyond how smashing I imagine I look while wearing them.

Amazing sandals - These are incredibly comfortable - I needed an everyday sandal that was cute and that I could walk a lot in and these are perfect. One warning - don't wear the lighter shades with dark jeans, as the jeans will discolor the suede on the heel. I love these sandals!!!

Great shoes! I originally owned these shoes as a young girl growing up in the '70's and almost fell over when I saw them again! I ordered both the kernel color and the saddle/luggage color and kept the saddle/luggage color...they're just gorgeous and I've gotten so many compliments on them. They're very, very comfortable and, in my opinion, run a 1/2 size large, so order a half size down....I most of the time take a 9.5 and the 9.0 fit PERFECTLY. A bit pricey, but a classic to own.

Just as I remembered them, only more comfortable for my 50-year old feet. They look wonderful with jeans and skirts. I bought light brown, the color of my long lost youth, and they are versatile. The footbed is spongy, and the cross straps break in immediately. We wore these with tights when I was young- when fall comes, I may have to revisit that look.

Great Sandals - These are really comfortable and go with everything in the summer, skirts, bermudas capris, long jeans. I first ordered a 9 because I have really wide feet with narrow heels. As a runner I am very careful about fit and arch support in my non-running sandals. These cause no problems, but I had to return the 9 and get an 8. I wear an 8 D running shoe, and most of the time buy 8.5-9 sandals just for width, but the nines were just sloppy on my. No problem, I just ordered the 8 and they are perfect. Of course, free return shipping is wonderful.

Wonderful sandals if you are not fall prone - These sandals were gorgeous and the bronze color is especially lovely. I have seen and tried on cheaper imitations and they do not have the same level of construction, comfort or good looks as the Kork Ease. Unfortunately, I fell several times while wearing them inside my house. My tendency to twist my ankle and fall while wearing platforms was forgotten and nearly ignored because these sandals are so easy to wear and awesome looking. With a heavy heart, I returned them. Luckily, I bought them at Zappos and I could return them and get the Kork-Ease low riders.

If you're between sizes, order down. I love the shoe and it fits wonderful. Given it only comes in whole sizes, I initially ordered up a 1/2 size. I'm a true 8 1/2 so I ordered the 9. But that shoe size was too big. Now I have the size 8 and it fits perfectly. Plus, since the straps are such a soft leather, it will stretch a bit. If I'd kept the larger size, I wouldn't have been able to keep them on my feet.

Kork-Ease Original Wedge in Kernel - I am 45 years old, and I had these sandals in the 70's! I was crazy about them and had to have a pair! These are the most comfortable wedge sandals you will ever have! I want more!!! Just remember they stretch a little once you wear them, so order your normal size or a half size smaller. Love these sandals - I have two pairs of these, and they are very comfortable. A couple of people have noted that the soles are too hard and are not padded. My experience has been that because they are made of cork, padding is not necessary. They kind of shape to your feet after a while. I wore them shopping for several hours yesterday, and my feet felt perfect afterwards. I most of the time wear a 9 1/2. The 10 fits fine. I would highly recommend them.

Great lace-up boots - This is now my second pair of Kork Eases, and I really love them! They give you added height without being at all hard to walk in, and they're actually comfortable on both feet and back. (I actually wear supportive insoles, but the arch support in these is good enough that I don't have to.) I also think they're really cute and retro looking. One tip: They look wonderful with a short skirt and knee socks.

What's not to love? I love these sandals! So much, in fact that I just received my third pair.. They are comfy from the first time I wore them and I have issues with a bunion and a corn. Light as can be, beautiful color - I have tried on several pairs of these and love them all -- but particularly the red shoes (I just wish they offered the lower-heeled shoes in red, too!). Am not thrilled with the price but *am* very happy with the comfort and styling. These look wonderful with opaque tights or bare legs. Hint: for those of you with very thin feet or narrow ankles, I would consider the possibility of having a shoe repairperson make extra holes in the top straps.

Pretty and comfy - I just got my Campari (Reddish Coral color) Kork Eases in 3", and I must say they even look better in person than in the photo. The color is stunning, not too red, just a sort of pale red that is less vivid than blood red, more a coral red that fits everything. They look much higher in the photo and I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to walk in them, but even if they are 3", they look and feel lower because the height spreads across the whole shoe. They fit perfectly for my size (7). The only thing is that they are a bit stiff, but most platforms are, so you need to get used to walking on a platform if you're not. But they are very comfortable when you wear them, the leather is soft and the when you put your foot in, it’s soft and smooth. They are extremely chic, and wearable. You don’t have to suffer for the height. They are casual and elegant at the same time, and very youthful. Just perfect, I will but the same soon in the luggage color!

Stiff Sole and a bit too wide in the front - I love the look of these, but the sole is heavy and stiff, even with the teensy bit of padding under the insole, and NO arch support whatsoever. Width wise, they fit like a B+ in width. I am in between and A and a B and my toesies slid out the front and the ankle strap would not tighten enough. My hubby suggested a foot insert, but for the money, I wanted these to fit perfectly....

Great looking and pretty comfy - I had a pair of these sandals in the 70's and have often wished I had kept them because they were so cute back then. I am soooo happy to have another pair. They fit my foot perfectly and the leather on my shoe was exceptionally soft. I bought the bronze colored shoe which is a beautiful color and it will go with a lot of things. LOVE THIS SHOE. The 70's are back, and I love it!!! These are SO comfortable and groovy looking!!! I just got them today, and was a little iffy about the cost, BUT after putting them on, and walking around with them, it is worth the price!!! Lose weight by putting on these sandals - Just received my Metallic Lizards. Color is very rich. This is a timeless design. And immediately makes you look like you lost weight. Right height and "visual weight" to make legs look tall and slim. I'm a size 6.5 - 7 and listened to the reviews and got a 6. Perfect on left foot, a little tight on right -- but I know it will stretch. 7's would definitely have been too big. I love them so much that I doubt I will be able to take them off to have them stretched by a professional, so I'll just keep wearing them to do the trick.

Kork Ease Metallic Lizard - This is a really nice shoe. The pictures do not do it justice. Much prettier in person. You can do some serious walking. The leather is soft, the suede is very good. Only one problem I had was the width needed a little stretching. If you have a wide foot this may not be the shoe for you. My right foot is medium to semi wide. But they are good once they stretch. I actually wear an 81/2 and the 8 fits perfect. The leather should be treated before you wear them out to protect them. So far I have them in black and gold, lots of compliments.

Great Shoe - I love this shoe. I haven't worn a pair of heels in 20 years, and have been living in Crocs for the past three. Wanted to try something more sophisticated with my new wide-leg jeans. Awesome shoe! I first saw this shoe in an extremely trendy boutique and held off buying because it was a little expensive. So awesome! These are even better than I hoped. I bought a pair from Sundance - you know - Robert Redford's company and promptly sent them back. They didn't fit true to the size I wear and I didn't like the color that came (looked different than the catalog). So, back to Zappos - and sometimes I wonder why I try other shoe stores! These sandals are a wonderful color, comfortable and they look really well made. I'm excited for skirt season (I do plan to wear them under jeans, but it's still a little too wet around here to toe-less shoes).

Love them - I love these sandals! I actually can't wear heels but the platform makes them v stable, and the wide straps help too. And they weigh *nothing.* The suede bottoms got crappy right away but I feel like that is kind of the way it goes with these sandals. They were like that in the 70s too.

Remind me of the "70's"!! These are wonderful sandals, very comfortable, and much easier for me to walk in than a regular pump. They're very light weight and come in several colors. Kork-Ease - The leather is soft, so it will shape to your foot. Don't automatically order UP if you wear a HALF Size. If you have NARROW feet, you might want to order DOWN, like me. Lovin' Em! I saw these months ago and could not bring myself to make the purchase because of the crazy price so I discovered the cheap knock-off at Target for like $10 and got those. Not too bad for a cheap knock-off; however, the foot bed was like a hard plastic material, which, over time ended up being not that comfy and always had a funny smell from day one. I still really liked them and wore them almost daily, so I realized how much I'd love them if they were the real thing and decided to splurge for my birthday and get the real deal! So happy I did! I have worn these for hours, even on the first day, with absolutely no breaking in blisters or rubbing or anything! I admit the color I got (luggage) was a little brighter and on the yellow side of brown than I had expected, so it took me a few hours to get used to it, but I saw that they really do go with everything and really fell in love with the color. Now I wear them so much that I actually have to force myself to wear other sandals once in a while. I don't want to be known as the gal who always wears her shoes...sandal girl! Haha! They run just a smidge long. I wear and six and got a six and it totally works with a bit of extra room. If you're on the fence, I think you should get them! You will love them! You can't go wrong when ordering from Zappos!

Excellent! I Love these sandals! I ordered them in black, and was a tad worried that they would be a really dark shoe. But to my surprise they are a steely/charcoal color, wonderful for summer. They are very comfortable, no need to wear them in. In time, I'll find out if the super soft leather stretches, but for now, they are wonderful!

Don't Accept Imitations - After buying these in black, and loving them, I thought I must have another pair, but should I spend nearly $200 dollars when I own so many shoes already? So I bought a 9West knock off. No comparison. None. The distinctive shape the Kork-Ease make around the toes is simply perfect and so sexy. The clean edge of the unstitched leather is what always made these sandals rock. So I've now bought 3 (the aforementioned black, the Campari, and the brown Bette style), and can't justify a single one, beyond how smashing I imagine I look while wearing them.

Awesome - I love these sandals. They’re super comfortable. I highly recommend them. I do wish they carried half sizes. They do stretch across and so I am a bit worried that they'll get so large that my toes will hang over the fronts.

Amazing sandals - These are incredibly comfortable - I needed an everyday sandal that was cute and that I could walk a lot in and these are perfect. One warning - don't wear the lighter shades with dark jeans, as the jeans will discolor the suede on the heel. I love these sandals!!!

Great shoes! I originally owned these shoes as a young girl growing up in the '70's and almost fell over when I saw them again! I ordered both the kernel color and the saddle/luggage color and kept the saddle/luggage color...they're just gorgeous and I've gotten so many compliments on them. They're very, very comfortable and, in my opinion, run a 1/2 size large, so order a half size down....I most of the time take a 9.5 and the 9.0 fit PERFECTLY. A bit pricey, but a classic to own.

Just as I remembered them, only more comfortable for my 50-year old feet. They look wonderful with jeans and skirts. I bought light brown, the color of my long lost youth, and they are versatile. The footbed is spongy, and the cross straps break in immediately. We wore these with tights when I was young- when fall comes, I may have to revisit that look.

Half size dilemma - I just bought these and they are wonderful, but I don't agree that half sizes should order down--I am a 7 1/2, maybe a tiny bit on the larger side of the size, and an 8 fits me perfectly.

Great Sandals - These are really comfortable and go with everything in the summer, skirts, bermudas capris, long jeans. I first ordered a 9 because I have really wide feet with narrow heels. As a runner I am very careful about fit and arch support in my non-running sandals. These cause no problems, but I had to return the 9 and get an 8. I wear an 8 D running shoe, and most of the time buy 8.5-9 sandals just for width, but the nines were just sloppy on my. No problem, I just ordered the 8 and they are perfect. Of course, free return shipping is wonderful.

Wonderful sandals if you are not fall prone - These sandals were gorgeous and the bronze color is especially lovely. I have seen and tried on cheaper imitations and they do not have the same level of construction, comfort or good looks as the Kork Ease. Unfortunately, I fell several times while wearing them inside my house. My tendency to twist my ankle and fall while wearing platforms was forgotten and nearly ignored because these sandals are so easy to wear and awesome looking. With a heavy heart, I returned them. Luckily, I bought them at Zappos and I could return them and get the Kork-Ease low riders.

If you're between sizes, order down. I love the shoe and it fits wonderful. Given it only comes in whole sizes, I initially ordered up a 1/2 size. I'm a true 8 1/2 so I ordered the 9. But that shoe size was too big. Now I have the size 8 and it fits perfectly. Plus, since the straps are such a soft leather, it will stretch a bit. If I'd kept the larger size, I wouldn't have been able to keep them on my feet.

Kork-Ease Original Wedge in Kernel - I am 45 years old, and I had these sandals in the 70's! I was crazy about them and had to have a pair! These are the most comfortable wedge sandals you will ever have! I want more!!! Just remember they stretch a little once you wear them, so order your normal size or a half size smaller. My 21 year old daughter wants the Bette and loves the higher heel style!!!

Love these sandals - I have two pairs of these, and they are very comfortable. A couple of people have noted that the soles are too hard and are not padded. My experience has been that because they are made of cork, padding is not necessary. They kind of shape to your feet after a while. I wore them shopping for several hours yesterday, and my feet felt perfect afterwards. I most of the time wear a 9 1/2. The 10 fits fine. I would highly recommend them.

Great lace-up boots - This is now my second pair of Kork Eases, and I really love them! They give you added height without being at all hard to walk in, and they're actually comfortable on both feet and back. (I actually wear supportive insoles, but the arch support in these is good enough that I don't have to.) I also think they're really cute and retro looking. One tip: They look wonderful with a short skirt and knee socks.

What's not to love? I love these sandals! So much, in fact that I just received my third pair.. They are comfy from the first time I wore them and I have issues with a bunion and a corn. No break in time necessary. True to size also. They are addictive, for sure and I recommend them for anyone looking for some style and comfort.

Looks Great! These shoes were surprisingly comfortable right away. They are easy to walk in, become cushier the more you wear them. I have wide feet and they fit fine. I love them with skirts and the new narrow, below the knee capris. SuperCute!

Light as can be, beautiful color - I have tried on several pairs of these and love them all -- but particularly the red shoes (I just wish they offered the lower-heeled shoes in red, too!). Am not thrilled with the price but *am* very happy with the comfort and styling. These look wonderful with opaque tights or bare legs. Hint: for those of you with very thin feet or narrow ankles, I would consider the possibility of having a shoe repairperson make extra holes in the top straps.

Pretty and comfy - I just got my Campari (Reddish Coral color) Kork Eases in 3", and I must say they even look better in person than in the photo. The color is stunning, not too red, just a sort of pale red that is less vivid than blood red, more a coral red that fits everything. They look much higher in the photo and I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to walk in them, but even if they are 3", they look and feel lower because the height spreads across the whole shoe. They fit perfectly for my size (7). The only thing is that they are a bit stiff, but most platforms are, so you need to get used to walking on a platform if you're not. But they are very comfortable when you wear them, the leather is soft and the when you put your foot in, it’s soft and smooth. They are extremely chic, and wearable. You don’t have to suffer for the height. They are casual and elegant at the same time, and very youthful. Just perfect, I will but the same soon in the luggage color!

Fabulous color - I have two pairs of Kork-Eases in natural & in chocolate. I love them for their look & comfort! Now, I see this new 'luggage color', which is a color I have wanted all along & would purchase today, but it needs to be made in the lower 2" wedge for those of us who can't wear the higher ones. Stiff Sole and a bit too wide in the front - I love the look of these, but the sole is heavy and stiff, even with the teensy bit of padding under the insole, and NO arch support whatsoever. Width wise, they fit like a B+ in width. I am in between and A and a B and my toesies slid out the front and the ankle strap would not tighten enough. My hubby suggested a foot insert, but for the money, I wanted these to fit perfectly....

Very comfortable and cool looking - These are a wonderful way for me to be comfortable and still look reasonably cool while taking my kids to the playground in spring and summer. Because I wear my infant and chase around a toddler, I really need a comfortable shoe and these deliver! It's either these or flip flops all summer long.

Great looking and pretty comfy - I had a pair of these sandals in the 70's and have often wished I had kept them because they were so cute back then. I am soooo happy to have another pair. They fit my foot perfectly and the leather on my shoe was exceptionally soft. I bought the bronze colored shoe which is a beautiful color and it will go with a lot of things. LOVE THIS SHOE. I will keep this pair forever. Pricy, though, very pricy for me, but worth it.

The 70's are back, and I love it!!! These are SO comfortable and groovy looking!!! I just got them today, and was a little iffy about the cost, BUT after putting them on, and walking around with them, it is worth the price!!! I got the neutral colored ones, which will go with everything, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! Recommended highly, if you love the 60's-70's looks!!!!

Lose weight by putting on these sandals - Just received my Metallic Lizards. Color is very rich. This is a timeless design. And immediately makes you look like you lost weight. Right height and "visual weight" to make legs look tall and slim. I'm a size 6.5 - 7 and listened to the reviews and got a 6. Perfect on left foot, a little tight on right -- but I know it will stretch. 7's would definitely have been too big. I love them so much that I doubt I will be able to take them off to have them stretched by a professional, so I'll just keep wearing them to do the trick.

Kork Ease Metallic Lizard - This is a really nice shoe. The pictures do not do it justice. Much prettier in person. You can do some serious walking. The leather is soft, the suede is very good. Only one problem I had was the width needed a little stretching. If you have a wide foot this may not be the shoe for you. My right foot is medium to semi wide. But they are good once they stretch. I actually wear an 81/2 and the 8 fits perfect. The leather should be treated before you wear them out to protect them. So far I have them in black and gold, lots of compliments.

Great Shoe - I love this shoe. I haven't worn a pair of heels in 20 years, and have been living in Crocs for the past three. Wanted to try something more sophisticated with my new wide-leg jeans. Read other reviews so decided to try the Kork-Ease. They are wonderful. I was on my feet all night at a party - no problem. And I got lots of compliments on them, too. Actually I was shocked how good my feet felt in them. So they get the highest review that I could give a platform shoe. And I took a half size smaller than I most of the time wear, plus I've got fairly wide feet.

This shoe is the best platform sandal I have ever come across. It is lightweight, comfortable, and well made. I have been looking for something like this for years -- not too high, stylish, and easy to walk in. I could walk all over the city in these, no breaking in necessary. Bought another pair in red. I am a true 7.5, ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly.

Kork-Ease Gold Metallic Lizard - I absolutely love this shoe. I saw it in a fashion magazine and had to find it - of course, Zappos had it in my size. Awesome shoe! I first saw this shoe in an extremely trendy boutique and held off buying because it was a little expensive. Couldn't get it out of my mind and returned to the store at the very minute someone else was buying it in my size. I became determined then to find it and was thrilled to see it on Zappos (for a few dollars less). I love that one too!! I never heard of Kork Ease before, but I think I am now a Kork Ease devotee!!! Make sure you order a full size smaller. They run very big, but the full size smaller is just perfect.
