So awesome! These are even better than I hoped. I bought a pair from Sundance - you know - Robert Redford's company and promptly sent them back. They didn't fit true to the size I wear and I didn't like the color that came (looked different than the catalog). So, back to Zappos - and sometimes I wonder why I try other shoe stores! These shoes are a great color, comfortable and they look really well made. I'm excited for skirt season (I do plan to wear them under jeans, but it's still a little too wet around here to toe-less sandals).

Kork-Ease Ava Buff - I absolutely love the Kork-Ease Ava sandal. I have 3 pair and all 3 have come from Zappos. This sandal fits perfectly, is comfortable and versatile enough to wear with EVERYTHING! I love Zappos and will continue to order ALL of my shoes from here! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!

If in doubt, size down. This is much smaller than I generally wear, and were a bit snug at the outset. I'm a size 8.5, and previously had a pair of these in sz 8, but they stretched to the point of unwearability.

Super Groovy and Super Comfy - I started with the orangey tan leather original shoe... immediately loved them and immediately ordered the red patent. I would have bought the dark brown leather, but Zappos didn't have them, had to go to the Kork Ease site. So now I have three and am now hungrily eyeballing the green patent. These shoes are comfortable, great looking, worth the price and make me happy. I wanted these shoes in the 70's when I was a kid, but my mother wouldn't hear of it. I sent her the link and showed her my groovy shoes. She responded by saying I will twist my ankle... some things never change...and no, I have not twisted my ankle. These are extremely sturdy, and I am not very graceful! Go ahead and buy them! You will not be sorry... but leave the green patent ones for me...

New favorite shoe! I have a shoe like this by another maker (which are no longer available) - I saw these and decided to try them out. So GREAT! I told my boyfriend that I want them in every color!

These are wonderful! I, too, am of an age who remembers when the Kork Ease was the rage. I never got a pair and now I have discovered the Bette! These will make your legs look awesome and they are extremely comfortable, too! I have a wider foot, but my regular size feels great. I have found that I can also go up a size if needed (really wanted the purple). You will not regret buying these shoes. I have tried the regular, original 3 inch and they are a bit tight in the forefoot, but the Bette is perfect! YAY!

Just like I remembered! OMG, I love these shoes! I had a pair of buffalo sandals in seventh grade and was so excited to see them again, albeit at a much higher price...lol! I've never paid this much for a pair of shoes in my life, but they are so worth it! I ordered the Double Buckle style in natural since I'm on waitlist for the Original High Wedge in blue suede...hopefully that will come in soon! I'm loving the Bette style in plum and the Donna in about a gazillion colors, but am afraid that 4.25" is a little TOO high! The 3" heels are perfect! Very stable and comfy and HOT to boot! LOVE them!

Kork-Ease - These are one of the more comfortable pairs of shoes that I own. They are tall but never make you feel as if you are going to topple. Excellent quality. Cover bunions.

JUST LIKE I REMEMBERED - These shoes are exactly what I remembered from the 70's. The fit, comfort and workmanship is good. Zappos’ service is excellent. I received my order 2 days after placing it.

Lovely shoe, very comfortable. However, if you do not have a slender ankle, you may find the strap too tight, as I did.
