Dressy comfort - This shoe does not accommodate orthotics; however, the arch support is more than adequate and offers day long comfort. The color is black, but shows up as navy in some lighting. Comfortable for office and shopping. Definitely more stylish than comparable supportive sandals!

Feminine, feminine, feminine - I purchased these in beige and love them. They are interspersed with gold which gives them a more dressy appeal. The heel height is just perfect for me - enough to give a little height but still maintain perfect comfort level. Best of all is that they make my very large feet look smaller and more feminine - quite a nice trick!

Other sandals recommended by reviewer: Merrell for athletic sandals, and Clarks for everyday shoes or clogs
