Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support

Looks can be deceiving - I have sent this shoe back twice already. First because it was a half size too big and secondly because it just wasn't that cute in person. Good quality shoe, but just a bit too "mature" in person for those of us with a "funkier" side.
