Great shoe! I just bought these in distressed silver and I love them! I am a big fan of Donald Pliner sandals and these are no exception. I wear and 10 or a 9.5. I tried both and the 9.5 was definitely the best though a big snug (I'm sure it will stretch a bit) the length is perfect. Also, I have a hard time wearing even a small heel that does not have at least a back strap as I tend to pronate when I walk. I was skeptical with this shoe, but happy to say that it is not a problem at all. I will probably order in other colors.

Viva Valore! Love these sandals! They're chic, comfy, and classic. I most of the time wear a 9 1/2-10 M, and the 9 1/2 in these are perfect. I've been wearing "Valore" for years, and just bought two more pair in navy and distressed silver. Thinking of the beige color next.

Love these sandals. They look wonderful but be warned: they run narrow. I most of the time wear a 9 and could not even get my foot into the size 9 shoe. The 9.5 was a little better, but the 10 fit best. These shoes are wonderful if you want a sophisticated look but hate the pain of strappy shoes. I like the way most of the front of the foot is covered but the sandals still look super stylish. The heel is a good height and the leather is very soft. You can walk for hours in these sandals. I have them in 3 colors now.

Another home run!!! These are my second style of Pliner shoes I own (I happily own three pair of the Salya--Expresso, Black Nappa, and Bronze Distressed Metallic) and these are absolutely fabulous, too. They are extremely easy to wear and compliment the leg as if they were much higher, thanks to the kitten heel. The lightly padded footpad, soft leather, and well-placed heel make them a very beautiful, but comfortable sandal one can wear all day long and into the evening. Bless you, DJP, for the variety of colors you select and for bringing back your favorites—another excellent investment in shoes for any classic wardrobe. Yes, expensive, but well worth it!

Pliner re-issues this shoe every season because it's GREAT - This is one of the few very expensive (for me) sandals I buy without guilt because from experience I know just how good they are. I have seen this shoe for several years in different finishes & colors each season. I finally bought them in a store two or three years back, & they are still my most worn "nice" sandal. They are easy to walk in and the soft leather has that "Italian" feel. The leather-covered heels are elegant. I could not resist the new colors & so just bought the bronze antique metallic from Zappos. Wow! Gorgeous. Unlike most sandals with any real style, these are truly good for both day and evening. Not for heavy walking certainly, but for an attractive, feminine shoe, VERY comfortable. I have flat and pronated (what a word) feet - that means they turn in at the ankles. So heels that are too high and no support are always my issues. These have a LOW heel that flows with the design so well they almost seem like high heels. The only thing is they run a half size small. I bought a half size larger than my usual size because of past experience and they fit perfectly. My advice is to forego two other pairs of sandals if you must and get these! They are classics.

Excellent - I have had total knee replacement and this style is excellent. It gives support, comfort, and wonderful fit. I only have 7 pairs in the Valore style and would buy more if I could get other colors! Would love brown nappa!

Love the look of the sandals but do not buy if you have anything other than narrow feet. I had to go up a half size and they are still snug across the top and I do not have wide feet. What's worse is that they squeak horribly with every step I take walking. I wrongly assumed a pair of sandals which cost this much (which is double of what I have ever paid for a pair of sandals) would be comfortable and never in my dreams thought they would squeak like a barking pup.

Flattering and comfy - I love these sandals - they are incredibly soft and comfortable, and very versatile. I had to go up 1/2 size, and even with that the sandals are snug - but still look and feel good due to the softness of the leather.

Wow - These are the most comfortable sandals I own - I actually do not spend more than 30 dollars on any pair of sandals, I'm a clearance section fanatic, but I tried these on and I had to have them. They are completely true to size, cushioned, cute, classy, and versatile. The base color of the Rust one seems to be purple, I wouldn't describe it as "rust" at all but a purple with a glaze of gold. So pretty.

Dress up, dress down -comfort and style - Comfortable right out of the box. No "sliding around" and no need to shuffle along to keep it on - it's very well balanced. This shoe feels solid underfoot AND looks sexy. I thought the Big Toe slot would be weird, but it's very comfortable.

Different colors different fit - I love this shoe for style and comfort, but the size of these sandals does run differently in each color. I had several pairs of the black and they ran small I ordered the blue denim and it fit like a glove first time, I wear a 6 in most sandals and this I did take a 6.5 and in the black 6.5 was too narrow.

Feels like butter! These shoes are a must! They feel wonderful on my feet and I am on my feet a lot. These mules also stay on your feet well when walking. There is not that flop/flop sound as you walk with these sandals.

Donald Pliner Valor- This is my 4th pair... the most comfortable shoe I have ever found. The heel is the perfect height for wearing all day, even in airports, and the separation between the toes makes them not too tight across. I will buy them until they stop making them!!! Valore Rocks! This is the second pair in the same style -- different color. I purchased this second pair because I was so enamored with the first. I actually do not wear heels do to some arthritic issues, but these I can wear for hours and not be bothered. The only improvement that could be made would be to have a slightly wider heel for a bit more stability...but not so much as to destroy the sexiness!!!!! Smashing! This pair of sandals fits like a glove. They are absolutely beautiful. You know first hand they were made with extreme care and pride. If I could afford it I would have all colors. Favorite shoe - I'm a comfort junky and found this shoe to be both extremely comfortable and drop dead cute on. I bought my first 2 pair last season and am back for more after wearing them out last year. I've got 3 colors now. This is a wonderful all day shoe.

The perfect 24 hour shoe! I own 5 pairs of this shoe. This shoe is a perfect fit and somehow rejuevenates the foot. I wore the sandals for 12 hours of shopping in New Orleans and for a 16 hour party in Las Vegas. My feet felt wonderful all night and even the very next day. The leather does not stretch out. The flat version of this shoe did give me blisters.

Pliner re-issues this shoe every season because it's GREAT - This is one of the few very expensive (for me) sandals I buy without guilt because from experience I know just how good they are. I have seen this shoe for several years in different finishes & colors each season. I finally bought them in a store two or three years back, & they are still my most worn "nice" sandal. They are easy to walk in and the soft leather has that "Italian" feel. The leather-covered heels are elegant. I could not resist the new colors & so just bought the bronze antique metallic from Zappos. Wow! Gorgeous. Unlike most sandals with any real style, these are truly good for both day and evening. Not for heavy walking certainly, but for an attractive, feminine shoe, VERY comfortable. I have flat and pronated (what a word) feet - that means they turn in at the ankles. So heels that are too high and no support are always my issues. These have a LOW heel that flows with the design so well they almost seem like high heels. The only thing is they run a half size small. I bought a half size larger than my usual size because of past experience and they fit perfectly. My advice is to forego two other pairs of sandals if you must and get these! They are classics.

Excellent - I have had total knee replacement and this style is excellent. It gives support, comfort, and wonderful fit. I only have 7 pairs in the Valore style and would buy more if I could get other colors! Would love brown nappa!

Love the look of the sandals but do not buy if you have anything other than narrow feet. I had to go up a half size and they are still snug across the top and I do not have wide feet. What's worse is that they squeak horribly with every step I take walking. I wrongly assumed a pair of sandals which cost this much (which is double of what I have ever paid for a pair of sandals) would be comfortable and never in my dreams thought they would squeak like a barking pup.

My third or fourth pair - I have a narrow foot, plus I do a lot of walking at my business. This shoe fits me so well and the heel makes the comfort level even better for all day wear. I love this shoe.

Flattering and comfy - I love these sandals - they are incredibly soft and comfortable, and very versatile. I had to go up 1/2 size, and even with that the sandals are snug - but still look and feel good due to the softness of the leather.

Wow - These are the most comfortable sandals I own - I actually do not spend more than 30 dollars on any pair of sandals, I'm a clearance section fanatic, but I tried these on and I had to have them. They are completely true to size, cushioned, cute, classy, and versatile. The base color of the Rust one seems to be purple, I wouldn't describe it as "rust" at all but a purple with a glaze of gold. So pretty.

Dress up, dress down -comfort and style - Comfortable right out of the box. No "sliding around" and no need to shuffle along to keep it on - it's very well balanced. This shoe feels solid underfoot AND looks sexy. I thought the Big Toe slot would be weird, but it's very comfortable.

Different colors different fit - I love this shoe for style and comfort, but the size of these sandals does run differently in each color. I had several pairs of the black and they ran small I ordered the blue denim and it fit like a glove first time, I wear a 6 in most sandals and this I did take a 6.5 and in the black 6.5 was too narrow.

Feels like butter! These shoes are a must! They feel wonderful on my feet and I am on my feet a lot. These mules also stay on your feet well when walking. There is not that flop/flop sound as you walk with these sandals.

Donald Pliner Valor- This is my 4th pair... the most comfortable shoe I have ever found. The heel is the perfect height for wearing all day, even in airports, and the separation between the toes makes them not too tight across. I will buy them until they stop making them!!! I have worn and torn feet from expensive sandals over the years that did not fit properly but looked sensational. These fit and look sensational to boot!

Great shoe! I just bought these in distressed silver and I love them! I am a big fan of Donald Pliner sandals and these are no exception. I wear and 10 or a 9.5. I tried both and the 9.5 was definitely the best though a big snug (I'm sure it will stretch a bit) the length is perfect. Also, I have a hard time wearing even a small heel that does not have at least a back strap as I tend to pronate when I walk. I was skeptical with this shoe, but happy to say that it is not a problem at all. I will probably order in other colors.

Love these sandals. They look wonderful but be warned: they run narrow. I most of the time wear a 9 and could not even get my foot into the size 9 shoe. The 9.5 was a little better, but the 10 fit best. These shoes are wonderful if you want a sophisticated look but hate the pain of strappy shoes. I like the way most of the front of the foot is covered but the sandals still look super stylish. The heel is a good height and the leather is very soft. You can walk for hours in these sandals. I have them in 3 colors now.

Another home run!!! These are my second style of Pliner shoes I own (I happily own three pair of the Salya--Expresso, Black Nappa, and Bronze Distressed Metallic) and these are absolutely fabulous, too. They are extremely easy to wear and compliment the leg as if they were much higher, thanks to the kitten heel. The lightly padded footpad, soft leather, and well-placed heel make them a very beautiful, but comfortable sandal one can wear all day long and into the evening. Bless you, DJP, for the variety of colors you select and for bringing back your favorites—another excellent investment in shoes for any classic wardrobe. Yes, expensive, but well worth it!

Also, I have a hard time wearing even a small heel that does not have at least a back strap as I tend to pronate when I walk. I was skeptical with this shoe, but happy to say that it is not a problem at all. I will probably order in other colors.

Viva Valore! Love these sandals! They're chic, comfy, and classic. I most of the time wear a 9 1/2-10 M, and the 9 1/2 in these are perfect. I've been wearing "Valore" for years, and just bought two more pair in navy and distressed silver. Thinking of the beige color next.

Love these sandals. They look wonderful but be warned: they run narrow. I most of the time wear a 9 and could not even get my foot into the size 9 shoe. The 9.5 was a little better, but the 10 fit best. These shoes are wonderful if you want a sophisticated look but hate the pain of strappy shoes. I like the way most of the front of the foot is covered but the sandals still look super stylish. The heel is a good height and the leather is very soft. You can walk for hours in these sandals. I have them in 3 colors now.

Another home run!!! These are my second style of Pliner shoes I own (I happily own three pair of the Salya--Expresso, Black Nappa, and Bronze Distressed Metallic) and these are absolutely fabulous, too. They are extremely easy to wear and compliment the leg as if they were much higher, thanks to the kitten heel. The lightly padded footpad, soft leather, and well-placed heel make them a very beautiful, but comfortable sandal one can wear all day long and into the evening. Bless you, DJP, for the variety of colors you select and for bringing back your favorites—another excellent investment in shoes for any classic wardrobe. Yes, expensive, but well worth it!

Pliner re-issues this shoe every season because it's GREAT - This is one of the few very expensive (for me) sandals I buy without guilt because from experience I know just how good they are. I have seen this shoe for several years in different finishes & colors each season. I finally bought them in a store two or three years back, & they are still my most worn "nice" sandal. They are easy to walk in and the soft leather has that "Italian" feel. The leather-covered heels are elegant. I could not resist the new colors & so just bought the bronze antique metallic from Zappos. Wow! Gorgeous. Unlike most sandals with any real style, these are truly good for both day and evening. Not for heavy walking certainly, but for an attractive, feminine shoe, VERY comfortable. I have flat and pronated (what a word) feet - that means they turn in at the ankles. So heels that are too high and no support are always my issues. These have a LOW heel that flows with the design so well they almost seem like high heels. The only thing is they run a half size small. I bought a half size larger than my usual size because of past experience and they fit perfectly. My advice is to forego two other pairs of sandals if you must and get these! They are classics.

Excellent - I have had total knee replacement and this style is excellent. It gives support, comfort, and wonderful fit. I only have 7 pairs in the Valore style and would buy more if I could get other colors! Would love brown nappa!

Love the look of the sandals but do not buy if you have anything other than narrow feet. I had to go up a half size and they are still snug across the top and I do not have wide feet. What's worse is that they squeak horribly with every step I take walking. I wrongly assumed a pair of sandals which cost this much (which is double of what I have ever paid for a pair of sandals) would be comfortable and never in my dreams thought they would squeak like a barking pup.

Flattering and comfy - I love these sandals - they are incredibly soft and comfortable, and very versatile. I had to go up 1/2 size, and even with that the sandals are snug - but still look and feel good due to the softness of the leather.

Wow - These are the most comfortable sandals I own - I actually do not spend more than 30 dollars on any pair of sandals, I'm a clearance section fanatic, but I tried these on and I had to have them. They are completely true to size, cushioned, cute, classy, and versatile. The base color of the Rust one seems to be purple, I wouldn't describe it as "rust" at all but a purple with a glaze of gold. So pretty.

Dress up, dress down -comfort and style - Comfortable right out of the box. No "sliding around" and no need to shuffle along to keep it on - it's very well balanced. This shoe feels solid underfoot AND looks sexy. I thought the Big Toe slot would be weird, but it's very comfortable.

Different colors different fit - I love this shoe for style and comfort, but the size of these sandals does run differently in each color. I had several pairs of the black and they ran small I ordered the blue denim and it fit like a glove first time, I wear a 6 in most sandals and this I did take a 6.5 and in the black 6.5 was too narrow.

Love these - They look wonderful with capris in the summer! If your foot is on the wide side, go up 1/2 size. I have these in 5 colors! Some I purchased last year. Still get compliments on them.

Feels like butter! These shoes are a must! They feel wonderful on my feet and I am on my feet a lot. These mules also stay on your feet well when walking. There is not that flop/flop sound as you walk with these sandals.
