The best shoe ever with one exception - This is about my 6th pair. I love the new black patent. Only problem is I found the previous year’s styles wore out quickly. I actually had the rubber heel come off on a few pairs. I took them to the shoe repair and had new rubber heels and a rubber sole put on and they are ready for several more months of daily wear. I think the "surgery" is worth it as the sandals feel wonderful. I hope the updated 2008 model will wear better.

Valore8 - I just purchased the Red Antique Patent. This is truly a comfortable shoe. I have several pairs of the Valore in different colors, but this shoe is particularly nice because of the antique patent finish. For those of you who remember the 'Candy Apple Red cars' from the 50's and 60's, this is the exact color of the red patent shoe. It is true to size and width, and the heel is a perfect height.

Comfy - It took me three tries to get a black sandal with a leather bottom so I can dance at upcoming weddings. The cushioning under the ball of the foot is wonderful, and in the nappa, the toe ring doesn't bother at all. (I bought a similar shoe with the cobra-textured leather, and it irritated me.) I do think that Pliners, in general run a bit narrow, which I greatly appreciate for my particular foot. (Friday afternoon order showed up on Monday!) Thank you. Thank you.

For those of you who remember the 'Candy Apple Red cars' from the 50's and 60's, this is the exact color of the red patent shoe. It is true to size and width, and the heel is a perfect height.

The best shoe ever with one exception - This is about my 6th pair. I love the new black patent. Only problem is I found the previous year’s styles wore out quickly. I actually had the rubber heel come off on a few pairs. I took them to the shoe repair and had new rubber heels and a rubber sole put on and they are ready for several more months of daily wear. I think the "surgery" is worth it as the sandals feel wonderful. I hope the updated 2008 model will wear better.

Buy ALL colors - I love these sandals. They look wonderful with capris or long shorts. They are very comfortable and you'll get many compliments. The navy is gorgeous. I have them in 5 colors!

Valore8 - I just purchased the Red Antique Patent. This is truly a comfortable shoe. I have several pairs of the Valore in different colors, but this shoe is particularly nice because of the antique patent finish. For those of you who remember the 'Candy Apple Red cars' from the 50's and 60's, this is the exact color of the red patent shoe. It is true to size and width, and the heel is a perfect height.

 Top
