I saw these and I had to get them. The leather is expensive feeling and exquisite. They have padding, which I couldn't tell from the picture and they are quite comfortable. I have quite a few of the Kork Ease Bette and I love the look but sometimes you just don't want shoes that tall and these will be perfect. I got both the black and the gray.
