Very comfortable, although the toe "ring" took a few days to break in. Once they soften a little, they were wonderful. They stay on your feet well. Very secure, and they're not clunky-looking. Very cute and I'm happy I bought them. I was told that Birk's narrow is a "normal" medium-width, and that was true for these shoes. I always wear a M or B width, but the narrow works perfectly for me in this sandal. Anything else would have been too wide. I'm glad I ordered the narrow width.

Great sandal! I just bought this sandal and I really like how it looks and feels and like the feel of the suede leather. Not too "Birkenstock hippie" for Birks, can be matched with jeans or knee length skirts or even shorts. Um... let's see I already own a lot of Birkenstocks, so I know my size (36), but the site translates that to a 5.5, which I'm more of a 6.5... so you may want to try on a few sizes if you don't know your size yet.

Birkenstock at its cutest – I’m now on my second pair of Birks and I’m used to the typical granola, hippie style that’s easy to wear. These look totally different and yet still offer the benefits that Birkenstock is known for. Yes, break in is a pain...but these shoes match almost anything and pass off as almost dressy.

Great Shoe! I've only worn this shoe a couple of times, and the leather between the toes is still a bit stiff, but otherwise, I love it. I'm a size narrow and have a hard time finding comfortable sandals, but this is perfect.

Birkenstock shoes are wonderful - I live in Portland, OR, Birkenstock capital of the U.S. But this is my first pair. My daughter wanted the light blue in this style; I tried them on and decided I needed a pair, too. Very comfortable and secure -- I hate slip-ons that have a "sloppy" fit. Great arch support. Oh, and high "cool" factor, too.

As comfortable as described - My feet love my first pair of Birkenstocks. I have narrow feet so the ability to tighten the arch strap gives me the fit I need. The foot bed fits my foot perfectly. When I first take off the sandals, my feet still feel the support for a moment. I'll buy more when these wear out.

Cozumel - This is my first Birkenstock and I find it rather painful because the cork is very hard and has bumps in the wrong places. I got the sky blue color which is beautiful and since I already wore them outside must keep them, but I will not buy any more Birkenstocks. The straps are stiff too. I followed the advice given to buy a half size smaller and narrower than usual. Feels tight.

Love it. Very comfortable right out of the box. I’ll be living in these this summer. I take the same size in Birkenstocks every time. I like the reg. width better than the narrow even though I don't have a wide foot. It just gives my feet more room to move.

Cutest Birk I own!! The Birks feel just like others I own, despite the funky toe strap. I honestly don't feel it at all. I own the purple ones, wear them daily, and get admiring comments on the sandals everywhere I go. They look a little dressier than most Birks, which is a plus!

Great shoe - I just got my Cozumel's in a 35 narrow, I sent the regulars back because they were too wide, and I most of the time take a "D" width in a sneaker, so that surprised me. They are good to go right out of the box if you are used to Birk's and they fit perfectly, no problem with the toe loop, it's very soft and pliable. They are somewhat dressier looking than even the Florida's and I will plan on wearing them for the very next 15 years. These are only my 2nd pair of birk's I have very old Florida's which I can't part with, but now see the value in the brand new shoe. Plenty of heel cup support, although I think the arch is a little less than what I expected, but it will be perfect for my arthritic knee, and sure beats wearing my sneaks with the orthotics!!! Zappos customer service wins hands down, I ordered 3 pairs of my size in the regular, sent all 3 back, and had the narrows the very next day, I don't know how they do it???

Stiff and narrower than I hoped for - I have used a pair of Birkenstock Granada shoes for about 8 years and can walk forever in them, pain free. They are looking worn so I decided to get some new Birkenstocks. I couldn't get anyone to help me determine the width of the Cozumels, not even at a Birkenstock store that I phoned. These Cozumels are cute but stiff and too narrow thus making a sore on the side of my foot by my baby toe. I happen to have very wide feet. I'm going to go back to my Granadas.

These sandals look wonderful and were comfortable straight out of the box. They take a little breaking in to conform to your feet, as do all cork-soled sandals, but I never had blisters or chafing, and although I only got them about two weeks ago, I feel as though they're nearly fully broken in already. They look a little more feminine and delicate than the traditional two-strap Arizona style. My only issue was that the sole is slightly bigger than Birkenstocks I've had in the past (slightly longer and slightly wider in the toes), but I don't know if this is due to a style update or just because the cork on my old sandals had dried and shrunken a little. They look slightly big on my 7 1/2 sized feet but not overly so. I would highly recommend these sandals!

Great shoe - I just got my Cozumel's in a 35 narrow, I sent the regulars back because they were too wide, and I most of the time take a "D" width in a sneaker, so that surprised me. They are good to go right out of the box if you are used to Birk's and they fit perfectly, no problem with the toe loop, it's very soft and pliable. They are somewhat dressier looking than even the Florida's and I will plan on wearing them for the very next 15 years. These are only my 2nd pair of birk's I have very old Florida's which I can't part with, but now see the value in the brand new shoe. Plenty of heel cup support, although I think the arch is a little less than what I expected, but it will be perfect for my arthritic knee, and sure beats wearing my sneaks with the orthotics!!! Zappos customer service wins hands down, I ordered 3 pairs of my size in the regular, sent all 3 back, and had the narrows the very next day, I don't know how they do it???

Stiff and narrower than I hoped for - I have used a pair of Birkenstock Granada shoes for about 8 years and can walk forever in them, pain free. They are looking worn so I decided to get some new Birkenstocks. I couldn't get anyone to help me determine the width of the Cozumels, not even at a Birkenstock store that I phoned. These Cozumels are cute but stiff and too narrow thus making a sore on the side of my foot by my baby toe. I happen to have very wide feet. I'm going to go back to my Granadas.

These sandals look wonderful and were comfortable straight out of the box. They take a little breaking in to conform to your feet, as do all cork-soled sandals, but I never had blisters or chafing, and although I only got them about two weeks ago, I feel as though they're nearly fully broken in already. They look a little more feminine and delicate than the traditional two-strap Arizona style. My only issue was that the sole is slightly bigger than Birkenstocks I've had in the past (slightly longer and slightly wider in the toes), but I don't know if this is due to a style update or just because the cork on my old sandals had dried and shrunken a little. They look slightly big on my 7 1/2 sized feet but not overly so. I would highly recommend these sandals!

Very comfortable, although the toe "ring" took a few days to break in. Once they soften a little, they were wonderful. They stay on your feet well. Very secure, and they're not clunky-looking. Very cute and I'm happy I bought them. I was told that Birk's narrow is a "normal" medium-width, and that was true for these shoes. I always wear a M or B width, but the narrow works perfectly for me in this sandal. Anything else would have been too wide. I'm glad I ordered the narrow width.

Great sandal! I just bought this sandal and I really like how it looks and feels and like the feel of the suede leather. Not too "Birkenstock hippie" for Birks, can be matched with jeans or knee length skirts or even shorts. Um... let's see I already own a lot of Birkenstocks, so I know my size (36), but the site translates that to a 5.5, which I'm more of a 6.5... so you may want to try on a few sizes if you don't know your size yet.

Birkenstock at its cutest – I’m now on my second pair of Birks and I’m used to the typical granola, hippie style that’s easy to wear. As comfortable as described - My feet love my first pair of Birkenstocks. I have narrow feet so the ability to tighten the arch strap gives me the fit I need. The foot bed fits my foot perfectly. Cozumel - This is my first Birkenstock and I find it rather painful because the cork is very hard and has bumps in the wrong places. I got the sky blue color which is beautiful and since I already wore them outside must keep them, but I will not buy any more Birkenstocks. The straps are stiff too. I followed the advice given to buy a half size smaller and narrower than usual. Feels tight.

Broken toe strap - I bought these shoes last spring, wore them everywhere in FL on spring break. VERY comfortable from day 1! Cutest Birk I own!! The Birks feel just like others I own, despite the funky toe strap. I honestly don't feel it at all. I own the purple ones, wear them daily, and get admiring comments on the sandals everywhere I go. They look a little dressier than most Birks, which is a plus!

Broken toe strap - I bought these shoes last spring, wore them everywhere in FL on spring break. VERY comfortable from day 1! Birks are the best! Birkenstocks sell themselves. For those don't own Birks they don't understand. For those of us that do, we own many.

Cozumel - A wonderful new Birkie option! Good looking w/ the expected comfort. And because they have a strap higher on the instep than other Birks, they stay on without any effort!

Pat in Valley Center - This is one of several Birkenstock shoes that I have purchased, but only the second pair that really fit. Thanks to the size "assistance" I was able to buy a pair that fits perfectly. My experience at a mall store has been unsatisfactory - too large, too wide, etc. This pair fits perfectly and I am ready to order a blue pair since the pair of blue ones that I have already are too wide.

Awesome! This is my second pair of these shoes. My first were labeled "papillio." I wanted the exact same sandal and was delighted when these arrived. They are perfectly comfortable right out of the box. Wore them all day on day one and since! It's the best possible way to buy sandals!

Cutest Birk I own!! The Birks feel just like others I own, despite the funky toe strap. I honestly don't feel it at all. I own the purple ones, wear them daily, and get admiring comments on the sandals everywhere I go. They look a little dressier than most Birks, which is a plus!

THE BEST!!! I LOVE these! I bought the blue and they are so pretty- not hippie granola looking at all, and yet sooo comfy. Right out of the box, they are my go-to shoe for comfort AND cuteness. I am a 6.5 and ordered a 37 and they are perfect!

Great shoe - I just got my Cozumel's in a 35 narrow, I sent the regulars back because they were too wide, and I most of the time take a "D" width in a sneaker, so that surprised me. They are good to go right out of the box if you are used to Birk's and they fit perfectly, no problem with the toe loop, it's very soft and pliable. They are somewhat dressier looking than even the Florida's and I will plan on wearing them for the very next 15 years. These are only my 2nd pair of birk's I have very old Florida's which I can't part with, but now see the value in the brand new shoe. Plenty of heel cup support, although I think the arch is a little less than what I expected, but it will be perfect for my arthritic knee, and sure beats wearing my sneaks with the orthotics!!! Zappos customer service wins hands down, I ordered 3 pairs of my size in the regular, sent all 3 back, and had the narrows the very next day, I don't know how they do it???

Stiff and narrower than I hoped for - I have used a pair of Birkenstock Granada shoes for about 8 years and can walk forever in them, pain free. They are looking worn so I decided to get some new Birkenstocks. I couldn't get anyone to help me determine the width of the Cozumels, not even at a Birkenstock store that I phoned. These Cozumels are cute but stiff and too narrow thus making a sore on the side of my foot by my baby toe. I happen to have very wide feet. I'm going to go back to my Granadas.

Great shoe! A little stiff right out the box, but after a day of wearing them, they're the most comfortable sandals I own. Love the baby blue color! I get lots of compliments on them! I also really like the less "hippie-ish" look of these sandals.
