Fabulous - Firstly, THANK YOU to Zappos for impeccable and generous customer service, as always, with a super-speedy delivery. THE SHOE: I expected to love it, and indeed I ADORE it. Full of personality, utterly of-the-moment and also a shoe ritzy enough to bequeath to my little girl for when she grows up. Whatever you're wearing, this shoe will make you feel fabulous. What I didn't expect is that the shoe is pretty wearable: I have little tolerance for high heels, but the angle on this is gentle and doesn't throw one forward. The heel is skyscraper high, so it's a bit precarious on uneven ground, but it doesn't strain and make you ache. (Sizing: I'm usually an 8, but the 8.5 was the closest match, so I ordered it. It fits perfectly, which makes me think this shoe runs a half size smaller than usual.)
