I was looking for a sandal that could do everything this summer and this sandal is it. It is insanely comfortable and looks great with everything in my closet. Just bought my second pair of these in Steppe. Since I bought the first pair about a month ago I have worn them almost every day. When it's cold and I'm wearing slacks, I put on a pair of light socks with them. The leather is oh so soft, so there is no rubbing or chafing tender sweaty summer feet. Just hope it doesn't stretch out too much with wear, as the straps run a little loose. The sole is soft which makes it comfortable, but without much support. So the toe flops and tends to catch under the shoe at times. A little stiffer sole would curb the problem. Other wise a very chic and comfortable sandal for those mean streets of New York City. But they were a little tight across the very front of the toe straps making it a little difficult to get my foot in all the way to the top. They seem like they might stretch though. They aren't high fashion but I could see how they could fit in with a moderately fashionable and tasteful wardrobe and even a few artsy and "cool" outfits.
